Who is Tim Fitz-Randolph?

I come from a tradition of building homes. My father and both grandfathers were home builders and I worked construction on my father's building sites. After college I worked for various companies, then co-founded a software company, which we later sold to a large international company.

This allowed me to resume an earlier love of building. For the last twenty years as a contractor I have built and remodeled homes and commercial buildings. Providing home inspection services is a natural extension of my deep interest in house construction and superior customer service.

I keep up with the continuing educational programs of ASHI. It provides support, education, and information to its members, thus promoting quality professional standards in the home inspection profession.
